Proxima Introduces Its Bright and Portable C436W Projector

Headquartered in Carson, California, Proxima Displays, Inc., is the company that was recently formed to provide legacy brand Proxima projectors in North America after ASK Proxima discontinued doing so. Sam Malik, industry veteran and former Vice President/General Manager for ASK Proxima is serving as the new company’s President. The company offers a full line of LCD and DLP projectors, specializing in high brightness and high resolution models for use in business, education, house of worship, rental and staging environments.

One of Proxima Displays’ new models is the C436W projector which packs a powerful combination of features. It’s small, portable and easy to use, making it suitable for both conference rooms and classrooms. It offers 3,600 lumens of brightness, and has 1280 x 800 (WXGA) resolution and features LCD display technology. The C436W has full I/O connectivity with 2 HDMI, 2 VGA, USB and RJ45 inputs. It has automatic or manual keystone correction to ensure an ideal projected image even when the projector itself is not ideally placed. The model is PC/Mac compatible and is AMX and Crestron ready. It features a 10,000-hour lamp life in eco-mode and a low-maintenance durable construction that is backed by a three-year parts and labor warranty. At an MSRP of $899.00, the C436W is competitively priced.
