Optoma, headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, has expanded their PlayTime line with a new, brighter model. The PT105 uses RGB LEDs and a DLP imager to produce 75 ANSI lumens at WVGA (854×480) resolution with 1,000:1 contrast ratio. Weighing 1.9 pounds, the new model measures 7.8″x7.8″x3.2″ and is powered by an external power adapter. With HDMI, VGA and Composite Video input ports, the PT105 can display images and video from most computers, media players and other devices.
