ASK Proxima has announced the availability of the C3327W-A projector. The new model weighs 6.7 pounds, has a high-efficiency cooling system, built-in speakers, and password-protected anti-theft features. The C3227W-A is 1280 x 800 (WXGA) resolution,  and with 3200 lumens of brightness, a 4000:1 contrast ratio, and up to 6,000 hours of lamp life, the C3327W-A is geared towards mobile presenters.

The C3327W-A also comes with built-in RS232 network control and monitoring capability, as well as edge-blending technology for  integration with multiple projectors.

Additional features include auto keystone correction ±30 degrees, quick power on and shutdown, lamp and filter screen timing, auto signal sensing, blank screen hotkey, partial zoom in & out, automatic shutdown, picture capture, closed Captioning and power-off protection.

The C3327W-A is shipping now with an MSRP of $1,069.

A recent end-user survey conducted by PMA Research showed that businesses and organizations planned to purchase an average of nine new mobile projectors this year.
