Sony’s BZ35F Series of professional displays have been optimized for business applications such as meeting rooms or digital signage. These 4K UHD BRAVIA displays offer high brightness of over 500 nits and come in a variety of screen sizes ranging from 43” to 85”.

The BZ35F Series has no need for a set-top box or other peripheral device and can operate as a standalone display with a playlist from a portable USB flash memory. The BZ35F Series can also be controlled via an IP network (wired or wireless LAN) or via RS232 to display content from a server or the cloud. This allows the displays to be easily incorporated into a variety existing systems.

With the VESA mount compatibility the BZ35F Series can be installed in a variety of layouts such as landscape or portrait or even tilted with a ceiling mount (for models under 75”).

The BZ35F Series also includes a variety of ‘Pro Settings’ that provide specific customization for professional use such as the automatic launch of a web application when powered on as well as several other options. To make life easier, the displays also have a ‘One-Step Setting’ for either meeting rooms or for digital signage applications. The ‘One-Step Setting’ feature has the optimal settings pre-set for picture quality, control functions, power source, etc., for a quick and easy set-up. The BZ35F Series also allows for batch settings to be imported or exported via USB for convenience when a large number of displays are being set-up as a system.

The BZ35F Series features built-in support for the HTML5 application platform as well as over 100 REST APIs for remote monitoring and control. The BZ35F Series can also be converted to an interactive display by adding an optional touch overlay.

PMA Research, providers of market data analysis for the large-format display industry, reports that U.S. sales of professional displays featuring 4K UHD resolution have more than doubled from a year ago.
